About Homies Love

A Colorado nonprofit combining musical storytelling, shared meals, meditation, and open-source technology to help people practice mindful presence.

Our Story

Born from a simple observation

We noticed something: people are more distracted, more isolated, and less in control of their digital lives than ever. The technology that promised to connect us has often left us more alone. The platforms that promised empowerment have created dependence.

Homies Love was founded to create a different kind of organization—one that starts with being fully present and ends with owning the tools that organize your life.

We borrowed an organizational model from one of the world's most innovative companies (Haier's Rendanheyi) and adapted it for nonprofit community building. The result is a network of autonomous geographic collectives united by shared mission and supported by a central platform.
